A detective with some unusual qualities investigates a murder. Site 13 is a psychological horror film in the vein of HP Lovecraft. It is the story of a man who awakens from a 10 year catatonic state in a mental institution. What happened? How did he get there? And what horrible thing from his past is coming for him?
